The Sonder app gives guests full control over their stay. Complete with self-service features, simple check-in and 24/7 on-the-ground support, amenities and services at Sonder are just a tap away, making a world of better stays open to all. Before their stay, guests will receive an email prompting them to make a Sonder account.

Once they are registered, they can check-in in a few simple clicks, and receive access details for their space directly to their phone. This expedites their check-in process, enabling them to proceed directly to their room after their designated check-in time.
